The Tibetan Lamb Dumpling (frozen)


Inspired by the many Momos Mr and Mrs Dumpling have eaten during their travels in Western China.

These are filled with a juicy lamb mince and a combination of Asian and Oriental spices and seasonings.

This dumpling is great steamed and served with a soy dipping sauce or a pot of our Sriracha for a little spicy kick.
